GLS courier delivery to your address
The shipping fee is calculated from the destination country and the actual dimensions and weight of the packed order. The checkout always shows the final GLS rate available for your order.

Delivered directly to the shipping address entered at checkout.
The starting price is indicative. The final fee is shown in the basket and at checkout based on the packaging, dimensions, weight and destination country.
Pricing by size and weight
The packaging engine selects suitable packaging for the order, then calculates the GLS rate from the details of the packed shipment.
No cash on delivery
Manufacturing orders and finished products cannot be ordered cash on delivery. Card payment or bank transfer is available for delivery within Hungary; card payment is required for international delivery.
No collection in person
Collection in person is not currently available. Completed orders are delivered to the specified address by GLS.
Parcel number and status in your account
You can view the production status, technical queries, dispatch details and tracking information for your order under My Account / Orders.
When a tracking number appears in the Parcel number field, the parcel has been prepared and either dispatched or is awaiting collection by GLS.
If the GLS website does not yet show the parcel as collected, your order may still be complete. The courier may not have collected it from us yet, or the tracking system may not have updated.

Which shipping method is available?
GLS courier delivery is currently available. We deliver the order to the shipping address entered at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
GLS delivery usually takes 1-2 business days from dispatch. This is in addition to the production time and may be longer depending on the destination country.
How is the shipping fee calculated?
The fee depends on the destination country, number of parcels, and the dimensions and weight of the packed shipment. The basket and checkout show the final rate calculated from the current order details.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Card payment or bank transfer is available for delivery within Hungary; card payment is required for international delivery.
Can I collect my order in person?
Collection in person is not currently available. Completed orders are delivered by GLS.
Where can I find the parcel number?
You can find the parcel number for the order under My Account / Orders. Click the courier name to open the tracking page.
